Type II primer sander machine is used in the sanding process which follows paint coating process for plate-type plane workpieces, such as panel furniture, door panels, side panels of cupboards, solid wood compound floor panels, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards and fiber cement panels. This machine has a stationary working platform, which is suitable for line production.

This machine is equipped with two sets of sanding rubber rollers and a polishing roller. The two sets of the rubber rollers adopt 35o and 60o elastic synthetic rubber with rebound memory function, respectively and the polishing roller is produced by American 3M company.
