Automatic paint spraying machine is applicable for the surfaces and board sides of plane workpieces and plane special-shaped workpieces such as decorative panels, panel furniture, cabinet boards, floor boards, plane doors, art works, blinds, calcium silicate boards and magnesium oxide boards. It completes automatic and continuous paint spraying works with NC, UV and water-based paints, which can be recycled according to their characteristics.

• The control system adopts automatic computer control. Combining touch screen, we can control fault display, operating speed and reciprocating velocity and adjust parameters directly on the interface. The working state can also be displayed.
• The use of Siemens PLC control system, Japanese Yaskawa servo system and Schneider frequency control system ensure the output of high-quality spraying.
• Photoelectric induction system is used to detect the shape, size and position of materials in order to control spraying time and range and save paint.
• High-performance pressure system is composed of four parts including pre-filtering unit, two fans, positive air pressure system and top filtering system. It's used to filter the air flow in spray booth and form positive pressure, ensuring the smooth flowing in of clean air.
