In September of 2015, to finish the building construction more efficiently, an Indian construction company needed new building materials that saved labor costs. They finally customized the TYF-16A hollow wall panel production line and TYF-16B compound wall panel production line of TANY.
These two production line are highly automatic, solving the problem of labor cost. Moreover, based on the customers' requirements, we changed the feeding method of raw materials, successfully saving lot of raw material cost.

In September of 2016, an Indonesian construction material manufacturer knew TANY at an international exhibition and was interested in our new construction materials. They hoped to order a machine which can utilize solid waste to produce construction materials, not only to protect the environment but also reduce the production cost.
According to customer's requirements, we provided TYF-16A hollow wall panel production line as solution. Besides, the formulation of raw materials was produced according to the types of local usable wastes. We successfully finished the task of producing new construction materials with local waste and effectively met clients' needs and solved their problems.

In December of 2016, one Korean company, which had been engaged in the production of cement products for 20 years, hoped to use environment-friendly and energy-saving materials to replace the traditional materials and they also wanted the production equipment to be highly automatic and efficient. Finally, they customized TYF-16A composite wall panel production line through a comparative review.
The equipment of this production line ran well in clients' production site, successfully solving the problem of environmental protection and efficiency.

In May of 2017, one Cambodian construction materials distributor ordered TYF-Z16 compound wall panel production line from TANY.
This client mainly imported China's new type of building materials before. They hoped to become a manufacturing-type company so they ordered production line. Thus they required the equipment to be highly automatic and can produce high- quality products. TYFZ16 production line has a high output with 40 pieces of wall panels formed one time, increasing their original output and thus guaranteeing the production value, which met the clients' requirements.
