In 1998, We planned to register and establish Yanzhou Tianyi New Construction Material Factory, and started the arduous way to create the company.

In 2000, Shandong Yanzhou Tianyi New Construction Material Machinery Co.,Ltd was registered and established. TY01 and TY03 light weight wall panel equipment were successfully manufactured and the production capacity was continuously improved.

In 2003, we developed the highly automatic gypsum wall panel production line with function of automatic tube inserting and removing and applied for a patent.

In 2005, we successfully achieved the acquisition of Yanzhou Cotton and linen Machinery Factory and renamed our company as Shandong Tianyi Machinery Co., Ltd. Then we built a new factory covering 67,000 square meters and the registered capital was 20 million yuan.

In 2006, we developed TY06 and TY08 prestressed wall panel machines which can open and close mold automatically.

In 2009, national thousand wall panel machines launching ceremony was held in the company, marking another breakthrough of TANY.

In 2011, we smoothly passed two provincial identifications of science and technology achievements for 'Gypsum Wall Panel Manufacturing Machine' and 'Cement Foaming Thermal Insulation Wall Panel Production Line'. In the same year, we achieved the acquisition of state-owned enterprise Yanzhou Huayu Silk company and built a new modern high-standard plant.

On September 10th in 2014, TANY was successfully listed on Shanghai stock exchange center and the stock code is 201648.

In 2016, TANY was rated as 'National Prefabricated Construction Industry Base'.
