TYF-17 sandwich wall panel production line is a multifunctional production line. It can be used to produce sandwich wall panels, steel frame roof panels, floor slabs, and compound panels without surface board.
This production line is mainly composed of automatic batching system, stirring system, foaming system, central control system, lightweight concrete distributing system, polishing system, mold circulating system, curing system and stacking system.

• Flat mould wall panel production line can be used for multifunctional production. The produced wall panels, with various specifications, can be widely used in interior walls,exterior walls, roof panels and floor slabs.
• The mould is made of aluminium alloy with concave-convex surface on 4 sides, which can effectively ensure the regular shape of products.
• The products after moulding are directly conveyed to curing chamber to be cured. The whole line is highly automatic.
