TY03A/TY03B precast wall panel machine can produce 10 pieces of wall panels one time. It is used to produce not only compound wall panels with two-side calcium silicate board and solid or hollow wall panels without two-side calcium silicate board, but also magnesite wall panels.

Generally magnesite materials are corrosive to some degree, so anti-corrosion techniques are applied to the equipment surface to make it better fit magnesite materials.

• It is designed with automatic temperature control function and it can adopt three heating methods including electric heating, hot water heating and steam heating. This can largely shorten the moulding time of wall panels and effectively decrease the rejection rate.
• The mould opening and closing system adopts hydraulic method, showing high mechanization degree, which can lower labor tensity.
• The production efficiency is high and the designed annual output is 60,000m² every machine.
