The automatic mask ear-loop welding machine welds the elastic band ear-loop onto the blank mask by ultrasonic, to finish a complete mask. This machine adopts PLC control and touch screen operation interface, the operation interface is simple and easy to understand, parameter setting is easy and fast to adjust, and the ultrasonic welding count is clear at a glance.

• The new separately-excited ultrasonic circuit can provide continuous uninterrupted ultrasound, automatic frequency tracking, automatic resonance point and power control without frequent manual adjustment.
• Working method: pedal-type simple and convenient operation, with rotating disk, the device does not heat; capable for 24-hour continuous working.
• Ultrasonic frequency converter adopts lead zirconate titanate crystal piezoelectric frequency converter, sealed to isolate water vapor and corrosive gas.
• On/off pulse timer, precise power adjustment to ensure high welding strength.
• Unique automatic amplitude and pulse compensation function to ensure that the probe amplitude does not change due to load changes during ultrasound.
• The transducer applies German IBDI ceramic chip material, not easy to get heat after long time work.
