Qi Cui
Director of R&D center. Graduating from Wuhan construction materials industry college in 1982, Qi has been engaged in research and development of fiber cement composites after graduation. He took charge of the National Natural Science Fund——Study on properties and mechanism of fiber reinforced cement. Now he is the director of housing materials branch of China silicate society, deputy president of construction materials branch of Chinese architecture society, deputy director general and secretary general of glass fiber cement (GRC) branch of China construction materials industry association, member of new construction material product application technology and construction energy conservation committee in construction department.

Deju Zhu
Director of R&D center. Obtaining master degree of geotechnical earthquake engineering in Alaska university, PhD degree of structure/material engineering in Arizona state university, and his postdoctoral fellow in biology/biomimetic materials in McGill university in Canada, Deju is the lab director of engineering material high speed impact laboratory in college of civil engineering, Hunan University, and is mainly engaged in green construction materials (high performance fiber and fabric reinforced cement composites, bionic construction materials, concrete) and their application in civil engineering.

Duanheng Weng
Technical leader. Senior engineer of China building materials academy. Duanheng is mainly engaged in the research works of green new housing industrialization, including the modular design and shape design of various modular products used in green new-type houses. He also researches on raw materials, production processes and production equipment for new modular combination products with different shapes, the design of new industrial green housing building, the design of building structure, the construction technology, and the promotion of new green houses.

Pingtao Tu
Technical leader. Graduating from Wuhan university in 1964, Pingtao is the director and senior engineer of technical committee of Jiangxi architectural materials science research and design institute. He worked on "Research on cement polymer mortar and concrete", and won the second prize of Jiangxi scientific and technological achievements. He is the member of standing committee of the China building materials technology economy research association, the deputy director of national information of new building materials, the chief editor of 'building artificial boards'. He was rewarded as Jiangxi excellent scientific worker in 1987.

Yanfei Che
Engineering Ph.D degree of Sheffield university, Yanfei majors in research on fiber concrete. He is the member and director of international GRC technical committee, and worked as the general worker of British GRC SYNERGIES company in the past. He has been engaged in the research, design, production and installation of GRC architectural decoration components and other products since 2001, and is responsible for the preparation of specifications related to GRC in the international and domestic GRC association. Now he owns a lot of patents.

Baozhu Liu
Professor and doctoral supervisor of Anhui university, national academic and technical leader, excellent expert with outstanding contributions in the field of building energy conservation. For many years, she has been engaged in the research of producing new building materials through comprehensive utilization of solid waste.

Wuxiang Wang
Technical leader. Graduating from China building materials academy in 1992, Wuxiang is always engaged in research and development of new building materials, concrete, special engineering and functional materials and their durability. Now he is a professor-level senior engineer and serve as the director of China building materials academy. He also serves as deputy president of China Construction Units Association, member and deputy secretary general of the national standardization technology committee of cement products, and part-time professor of Tianjin urban construction institute.
